• Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online touchpoints to curate a connected customer journey
• Driving engagement, traffic, and conversion through the content funnel that delivers business results of demand and lead generation, membership sign-ups, campaign participation, online purchases and repurchases, etc
• Responsible end to end from ideation up to delivery adopting a performance marketing and advanced digital approach
• In scope touchpoints and medium include, but are not limited to, company website, , blog, loyalty and engagement platform, social, emails and chatbot etc
• Collate and work with Branding, Marketing, Product, and Service teams to produce the mix and synergy of content marketing deliverables
• Managing a portfolio of content, pipelining calendar and budget
• Ready and handy to master martech like web CMS system, social and web analytics tools etc
• Strong in SEO a plus

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
• 5 years or above working relevant experiences, experiences in financial industry a plus
• Customer Marketing and Digital savvy; abreast of customer and martech trends
• Creative and resourceful self-starter with original ideas
• Passionate and customer-led mindset and keen to drive transformation success
• Strong bilingual communication skills in both written and spoken
