Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma & above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in interior fitting-out works for retail / F&B projects
• Responsible for tendering, cost control, budgeting, final account, contract administration, claims and variations
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently, detail-minded, good communication skills and time management skills
• Familiar with AutoCAD and MS office
