Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in handling client requests on day-to-day account deliverable, including reporting, general support, client and third parties liaison
• Assist in building creative branding and communications campaigns to resonate with different target audiences from different sectors
• Provide insights on the themes and content will drive coverage and conversations, and develop relevant messaging
• Assist in writing and distributing pitch letters, news releases, fact sheets, newsletters and other communications materials
• Provide excellent media and influencers relations expertise and outreach
• Monitor and report on communications results, including media coverage, social media etc.
• Develop relationships with external audiences (media, third party constituencies, etc.) to convey client’s messages
• Handle research of clients’ businesses and industries to maintain a current knowledge base
• Under guidance of supervisor, coordinate specific events and promotions for clients

Skills Required:

• University degree in any discipline
• 2-3 experience in Communications, PR or Marketing is preferred
• Experience with lifestyle, luxury and travel & tourism clients is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Traditional Chinese (Ability to speak in Mandarin is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Spirit as a strong Team Player
• Ability to prioritize & multi-tasking
• Ability to work under intense environment
• Multimedia literacy is a plus!
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Executive
