We are recruiting Consultants in Hong Kong

Successful candidates are expected to cultivate strong client relationships and drive growth within a consultancy environment. You will be a team player who has solution-driven mindset, able to think multi-dimensionally across the communication arc, fluent in digital and navigate in a fast-paced work culture. Having experience in digital/corporate communications and interest in finance/fintech is a plus. Consultants are required to have at least 4 years of experience, applicants with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive.

Key Responsibilities

-          Provide solution and quality control to score high deliverables to meet clients’ business challenges

-          Approach daily client communications with a consultant mindset

-          Work closely with different internal client teams to develop industry-relevant and KPI-driven digital communication strategy and effectively deliver results

-          Leverage data and insight to develop optimization strategy and budgeting

-          Be experienced across the arc of communication channels – shared, earned, paid and owned

-          Actively participate for new business opportunities

What You Have

-          Ability to thrive in working in a fast-paced agency environment, and enjoy team-oriented and client-focused roles

-          Experience in different social media platforms, media planning and analytics tools

-          Deep understanding of best practices across the arc of communications

-          Active interest in clients’ business and identify cross-dimensional – traditional and non-tradtiional communications opportunities that best serves the clients’ communication goals

-          Fluent Chinese and English written and verbal communication and presentation skills is a must

-          Perseverance to maximize results with a data-driven and creative mindset through the use of content and platform tactics

-          Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously

-          Understanding of creative and content development process and a keen eye for details

-          Experience in new business pitching and proposal development

-          Interest in finance/banking/payment/fintech is a plus 

-          Bachelor’s degree in communications or related discipline
