Responsibilities

• Support team for strategic plan of marketing campaigns to grow credit card business and enhance brand building
• Execute marketing promotion and campaigns (end to end) for card usage to drive new card sales and portfolio growth
• Liaise with merchants to provide special merchant privileges or joint promotion for card spending programs
• Assist to develop customer segmentation program to push card usage and improve activity ratio
• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties on programs execution and post marketing evaluation
• Prepare and review reports related to credit card usage programs

Requirements

• University degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Economic or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ working experience in marketing, sales and administration, preferably in banking and finance industry
• Proficient in MS Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Credit Card Officer
