Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing events, seminars, promotions & marketing campaigns
• Contact & follow-up with customers about promotions & generate inquiries
• Respond to clients & prospective clients in an efficient & professional manner
• Maintain & update the company website, social media & design marketing related materials
• Work closely with the sales & technical department, vendors and suppliers to plan, execute product marketing programs/ campaigns and conduct post-program evaluations
• Establish & maintain current & potential client database
• Provide support on business development and day-to-day marketing operation & ad-hoc assignments for the team

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ marketing experience, preferably in IT marketing industry
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Familiar with graphics and web design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks) is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and to take on additional duties where necessary
• Pleasant, outgoing, self-motivated and independent with a strong sense of responsibility
• Customer-oriented, mature and with good experience in dealing with customers’ request
• Applicants with higher qualifications and more experience will consider as senior position
