Full-time Video Editor (Project-based 12months)

Job Duties:

• Develop and prepare story treatment and storyboard for detailing the editing ideas to the clients
• Edit diversified video contents for multiple displays including but not limited to large-scaled projection, LED wall, vertical screens and regular screens
• Record, mix and post produce audio recordings
• Insert subtitles and visual effects to the videos
• Ensure videos are well-edited, colour/ sound graded and produced according to the Executive Producers' instructions
• Amend, revise or redevelop videos in response to feedback from the clients and Executive Producers
• Research and source external video footages to comprehend the video contents when necessary
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Film & TV, Creative Media, Visual Communication or related disciplines
• 2 years or above related working experiences, preferably work experience with video productions
• Proficiency in non-linear editing (Final Cut Pro/ Premiere) is a MUST, preferably with digital mastering and colour grading experience
• Knowledge of motion graphic skills is advantageous such as After Effect, Photoshop, etc
• Knowledge of video/ DSLR camera operation is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is advantageous
• Creative, self-motivated, good communication and organisation skills
• Willing to work on irregular hours and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
