IT Technical Support

Responsibilities:

-          In-house technical support and management support

-          Manage in-house IT resources

-          Provide helpdesk support to internal users

-          Assisting in internal project implementation and system deployment

-          Assisting in external IT consulting job

-          Help with external IT projects in providing technical support

-          Communicate with vendors and service providers

-          Support and trouble-shooting Linux, Windows, Mac and mobile devices

-          Technical support and administration of all Linux servers and cloud-based systems

Requirements:

-       Diploma in IT or related disciplines

-       1 to 3 years related working experience. Fresh graduates with positive mindset are welcomed

-       Knowledge in networking and Linux system is an advantage

-       Knowledge in word press and other basic cloud base solution and technology

-       Good organization, communication and interpersonal

-       Self-motivated, willing to spend time on doing research online and learning new technology
