Job Duties:

• Responsible for account servicing & business development, project / event management from budgeting, Client & Contractor coordination, production implementation, on-site set-up and dismantle supervision.
• To supervise and manage the progress of retailtainment projects with vendors.
• To liaise with sub-contractors, vendors, production team and design team for project preparation
• Relevant experience in pop up stores and events of luxury brands

Requirements:

• 5+ years solid experience in retailtainments such as interactive & digital games.
• Able to handle clients, sub-contractors and vendor independently
• High-degree of organization and stake-holder communication
• Presentable, proactive, self-initiative, independent, patient, multi-task skills and able to work overnight & under pressure
• Travelling to China and overseas is required
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive/Project Executive
• Immediately available is preferred
