• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to CEO in both business & personal affairs.
• Manage and organize daily schedules and business appointment;
• Handle business correspondences, mails, emails, telephone calls, document filing and other administrative duties;
• Handle clinic documents, newsletters and ppt presentations etc.;
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues independently;
• Assist in ad hoc tasks when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, PR or related business disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in personal assistant. 
• Excellent Command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Proactive, work independently with strong sense of responsibility and problem solving skills;
• Familiar with the use of social media platform & proficient in PC applications
• Immediately available will be an advantage
