Clinic Receptionist 診所助理

Responsibilities

• Receptionist: answering phone calls, whatsapp replies and client check-in/ out
• Appointments scheduling
• Assist in coordination between colleagues to ensure smooth clinic operation
• Provide clerical, administrative support in the clinic 

職責

• 負責診所日常運作，協調不同崗位同事之日常工作，包括:
• 編排預約
• 協助同事之間的協調，以確保診所順利營運
• 提供文書及行政幫助

Requirements

• DSE or above
• 1 year+ Working experience in Beauty/ Aesthetics industry would be an advantage
• Proficient in B2B or other clinic management software preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese
• Good Command in English and Mandarin
• Good computer skills
• Able to work with a team

資歷

• 中五或以上程度
• 一年以上美容院/ 醫學美容工作經驗者優先考慮
• 懂得操作B2B或其他診所管理系統
• 能操流利廣東話、懂普通話及一般英語
• 熟悉中、英文電腦操作
• 有團隊合作精神
