Job requirement:

a). Holder of a Certificate of Admission to the Roll of Dental Hygienists, issued by the Hong Kong Dental Council or equivalent;

b). At least 5 years' full-time continuous post-registration working experience;

c). Proven experience in teaching dental hygiene is preferred;

d). Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;

e). Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Cantonese preferred)

Job duties:

• Assisting the Tutor in Dental Hygiene to run the course leading to Higher Diploma in Dental Hygiene (Co-organised by HKU SPACE)
• Undertaking the below duties relating to and associated with teaching of Student Dental Hygienists enrolled in Higher Diploma in Dental Hygiene course, such as
• To conduct demonstrations, instruct and supervise the students in practical sections
• To lead Problem-based Learning tutorials
• To prepare the teaching aids
• Other duties delegated and assigned by the Tutor in Dental Hygiene, Clinic Manager, the Comptroller or the Director
