Responsibilities:

•  Perform general accounting duties, full set of accounts, financial report and Ad hoc assignments;
• Perform day-to-day account receivable and payable;
• Responsible for bank reconciliation and intercompany transactions;
• Collaborate with External Auditor;
• Responsible for full set accounting and daily accounting duties including G/L, AP, AR, cheque issues, invoice checking;
• General bookkeeping duties;
• Preparation of accounts schedule and month-end closing;
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skill, ability to work closely with different level of staff members independently;
• Detailed with an analytical mind, results driven, and deliver quality work on time with high accuracy;
• Able to work efficiently wlder tight deadline and fast pace environment;
• with LCCI qualification;
• 5 years of relevant experience;
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Strong analytical abilities and data oriented;
• Immediate available is preferable.
