What You Can Bring To Us? 

• Support reception operational services including client and room allocation, booking schedule, billing, and troubleshooting.

• Acts as first point of contact of all customers/ visitors and image of Skincentral

• Escalate issues and redirects queries to others as necessary.

• Assist or maintain operation’s smooth running 

• Ensure the highest levels of customer service to guests

• Provide friendly, quality, and efficient service in the clinic

• Assist in any ad-hoc assignment whenever necessary

We need individuals who possess the following skillsets:

• Relevant job experience in a customer-focused industry

• A GOOD command of English (over 70% of our clients are English speaking), Cantonese & Putonghua (written and spoken)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

• A growth mindset to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly

• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
