A well-established multinational medical device company is looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform necessary support at customer site, such as corrective and preventive maintenance, installation, hardware and software modification.
• Provide professional service training to customers and peers; Update and communicate service information regularly.
• Well documented the service information in CRM system.
• Closely work with cross-functional teams as required to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Meet service KPIs and participate in continuous improvements. 
• Act as a project leader for project implementation.
• Professionally manage customer expectations and experience; Perform good customer caring, critical issue handling and providing a good service solution.
• Provide second line support to the junior staff.
• Plan and oversee maintenance activities to ensure that all works are completed efficiently and on time.
• Oversee the compliance of work process to safety regulations and standard operating procedures; Planning of budget requirement of the maintenance team
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• University graduate in Biomedical / Medical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Preferably 3-5 years’ experience as a service engineer, preferred in medical device or other related field with equipment maintenance. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS installation and operation basic knowledge in IT and networking is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with open-minded and agile thinking.
• Strong analytical, reporting and negotiation skills.
• Being proactive, responsible, professional, courteous, with good communication skills and as a good team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to well perform the pre-installation environment check and consultation. 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Service Engineer.
