Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to daily sales activities, including preparation of issuing purchase orders, sales quotations, sales contracts, invoices, and perform goods receipt in ERP system;

• Monitor order, shipment status, follow up payment, handle full set of banking documents, I/E documents, L/C opening and eRO system;
• Coordinate between suppliers, logistics department, warehouses, customers and concerned parties for goods delivery;
• Liaise with accounting department to maintain up-to-date customer database & prepare month-end reports;
• Well support for sales coordination with both internal and external parties;
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

• Form 6 or above;

• With 3 years solid working experience in  shipping and trading firm preferred;
• Experience in SAP / ERP system is an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Detailed mind, able to work independent and well organized;
• Well organizational and interpersonal communication skills;
• Immediately available preferred.
