Job Description
Responsibility:
- PO handling: Prepare and issue out POs correctly and timely
- Expediting: Ensure delivery of goods in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of DNs and carry out Goods Receipt with relevant teams
- Payment handling: Proofreading delivery notes and invoice
- Prepare all required documents for payments
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors and Finance Department for payments
- Ensure payments are done without delays
- Assist the team or other departments in claim
- Admin supports within the team
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Finance or Accounting
- 1 year experience in Purchasing, Expediting or Accounting
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Experience in handling SAP is a plus
- Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Five Day Work, Fresh Graduates are also welcome
