Our client is a well-established interior fit-out company specializing in luxury residential and commercial projects. They are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team to prepare tender documents and quotation
• Responsible for material planning and order management for fitting-out projects
• Prepare and follow up purchase orders and request quotes
• Maintain update the purchasing document and database
• Liaise with project teams/other operation teams in determining needs and timelines

Requirements

• At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in fitting-out material sourcing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skill, well organized and a fast learner
• Immediate available / short notice will be an advantage!
