Your Task 

• Product & Merchandising
• Order Follow Up
• Customer Service 

• Support product team in daily work, including issue product code, PO, samples follow up, and product sourcing.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, goods inspection and delivery schedule.
• Assist manager in order planning and safety stock management.
• Work closely with internal parties to maintain work efficiency.
• Collect and prepare product materials (e.g. product spec, photos and testing certificates).
• Dealing with sourcing and benchmarks on products, clients, and the suppliers / traders / brad principals.
• Handle customers phone call and provide after sales support.
• Willing to learn and understand the product features. 
• Perform other ad hoc projects / duties as assigned

What we look for (Requirements)

• Diploma or above in marketing/merchandising/logistics or equivalent.
• Solid experience in sample/product development, and orders follow up.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with both local and oversea suppliers.
• Work experience in trading firm or buying office will be an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are welcome as Procurement Assistant.
• 5 years+ Experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Procurement Officer.
• Immediate available is preferred.
