We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Merchandising Coordinator to join our fun, professional and dedicated pandamart Department based here in Hong Kong. Our pandamart Department strives to change the Hong Kong consumers' groceries! purchase behaviour from traditional retail / standard e-commerce to no-queue, 15 mins delivery, 24x7 always available. Merchandising
As our merchandising specialist, you will be the key player in expanding our product range. Being the listener of our customers’ needs, our merchandising team aims to bring the customers’ favourite products to the platform while offering attractive product value and promotions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating with suppliers on product data uploading and preparing pre-order details for the team’s order confirmation.
- Provide administration support, update sales reports on a regular basis and analyze the market trend.
- Support the team in developing catalogs and data entry into the merchandising system accurately
- Coordinating with both internal and external parties for different stages of sample sending, checking and approval process.
- Work cross functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing to deliver strategic projects allowing pandamart to offer the best customer experience.
- Other ad-hoc tasks designated by supervisors
Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree holder in Business administration or other relevant disciplines
- 1+ years working experience in Merchandising/Buying/Category Development, preferably in F&B or FMCG.
- Immediate availability preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good interpersonal skill, detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel (pivot table, vlookup, etc.) and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
