Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer services to the guests.
- Responsible to check in, check out services for the guests.
- Ensure room assignment is in line with guest requests.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
- 0-1 year relevant experience in hotel industry.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Hotel Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.
