Responsibilities:

• Project planning, management, supervise and enforce company policy & procedure on project execution and handover process
• Work under budgeted timeline/resources, and to coordinate and collaborate with multi-internal stakeholders
• Conduct tender briefing, and liaise with internal, operation team, landlord and relevant parties
• Strive for cost reduction, and to monitor, revise and modify items with significant cost implication
• Monitor necessary project records, verify and endorse for project payment and final account
• Develops, executes, and composes clear and effective communications and training
• Ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services or related discipline
• Experience and understanding in FEHD licensing and F&B overall workflow
• Min. 8 years’ experience at management level and relevant on-site experience preferably gained in F&B industry. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Project
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Creative problem-solving skills for maintaining project timeliness and developing alternative scenarios
• Self-motivated, work independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
