System Engineer

Job Duties :

• Provide solutions and work closely with helpdesk support staff to support day to day activities
• General knowledge of system management (developing, testing, maintaining, installing, optimizing and/or deploying servers and systems), monitoring/alerting automation, MS Operation Management (Window server 2012, 2016 and 2019),
• Operation knowledge of Altiris, Backup Exec, Veeam, Solarwind, McAfee, O365 etc
• Good knowledge and experience on Patch Management
• Provide troubleshooting expertise for virtualization performance tuning (VMware & ESXI) and other issues
• Cloud implementation tasks at least one-year experience
• Provide server monthly performance monitoring report, server capacity review and RCA (Root cause analysis)
• Work with various vendors and service providers to ensure a productive environment

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Information System or related disciplines
• 3 year experience in System implementation and troubleshooting
• Good analytical and problem-solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
