Responsibilities

• Manage helpdesk, troubleshoot and fix PC/software/equipment problems.
• Manage system, network & facilities, including monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and ID management.
• Manage IT asset, including hardware and software stock taking, monthly utilization check and asset book updating.
• Conduct IT orientation, ISO audit, regular report and vulnerability fix.
• Assist in project planning, execution, monitoring, review and management.

 Requirements

• Diploma or above in IT related discipline.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in helpdesk support and Windows server administration.
• Good knowledge in MS Azure and ISO9001/ISO27001 will be an advantage.
• Well-organized with good communication skills and analytical mind.
• Mature, self-motivated and possess determination to succeed.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
