Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and monitor all aspects of Application Systems Operations and Developments
- Manage daily operation and support of mission-critical systems.
- Responsible for the up-keeping of the application systems for cybersecurity, availability and disaster recovery.
- Plan, direct and coordinate development projects in a professional & disciplinary manner. Stakeholder, Risk and Issue management.
- Solution Design & Sourcing, Tendering, and Vendor Management.
- Develop policies, procedures and manage documentations.
- Lead and support team members for task achievement and skill development
- Degree holder in Computer Science or IT related discipline
- 10 - 15 years application systems experience in IT, at least 5 years in a project management role. PMP would be an advantage.
- Experience in package software and in-house development.
- Knowledge in Mobile Apps, System Interfaces, SSO, WeighBridge and Car Parking Systems is not mandatory but would be an advantage.
- Technical proficiency in application development platforms & change control.
- Hands on capability in technical design & problem diagnosis.
- Good presentation, interpersonal, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Desire to learn
