Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- ž Provide IT support on use of hardware/software in both Windows and Mac environment
- ž Provide technical support on the wired/wireless network infrastructure
- ž Setup/update/maintain the School’s various Google services, like Gmail, Drive, Doc, Sheets, Devices, etc.
- ž Content management of the School website and Database Systems on AWS services
- ž Setup/maintenance of the eClass School/Parents communication platform
- ž IT hardware/software procurement, inventory control and warranty/licenses renewals
- ž IT and multimedia support to the School’s daily operation and various school events
- ž Use of IT to help automation of routine school office/documentation tasks
- ž Explore and propose the use of new technologies to enhance work efficiency
- ž Support of any special ad-hoc events/activities
- Job Requirements:
- ž Diploma graduate in IT or related discipline
- ž At least 3 years experience, preferably in school or other educational institution
- ž Solid knowledge and experience in database and web technologies
- ž Prior knowledge and experience in using AWS would be highly desirable
- ž High initiative and self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- ž Ability to work independently, reliably and under pressure in a fast pace environment
- ž Friendly and Reliable
- ž Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese/Putonghua
