About the job

• Continuous improvement of our Point-of-Sale system landscape and its processes through close contact with internal clients and external software providers
• Involvement in comprehensive projects in the digital transformation of Retail
• Requirement analysis, solution conception and design in cooperation with respective stakeholders
• Integration, testing and documentation of new features
• Operational support and guidance to continuously optimize existing on-premises and cloud-based application.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University degree preferably in IT or Business Information Systems
• Solid IT knowledge, basic database knowledge and very good O365 knowledge
• 2-3 years experience in Point-of-Sale and related systems
• Basic understanding of ERP systems
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Able to work independently with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
