Responsibilities:

• You shall be the overall owner of the monetization product assigned to you. From product positioning to ongoing development, from attending operational issues to the comprehensive longer-term roadmap, you shall be the champion of this product.
• You shall be responsible for translating both internal and external stakeholders' needs and improvement opportunities into solid, practical, and technically sound product improvement plans.
• Expect to be hands-on! From reviewing data to analyzing the users' journeys to collecting qualitative users' feedback, from drafting PRD to working on wireframes to illustrate your idea, you are expected to be very hands-on on every project you work on.
• You shall act as a project lead for a cross-functional team: including designers, engineers, operations, QA, etc., to not just work on the product development plan together, but the exact steps on how to deliver it. 
• You shall own the product roadmap. From prioritization of tasks to resource allocation, you are expected to own the continuing evolving plan from ongoing, reviewing, and fine-tuning the plan. 
• You are expected to be an expert of the vertical domain of the respective product that you own.
• You are expected to be the ultimate spokesperson of your product at all times, from the knowledge of recent market changes, competitors' movement to user feedback, current project status to user flow.
• Internally, you are the advocate of your product to evangelize the strategic importance of your product.
• You shall be responsible for leading the team to deliver the product's commercial value as measured by metrics agreed on.  

Requirements:

• University degree holder. Preferably computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimal 3 years of working experience in digital product management (or equivalent) in the Internet or related industries. More experienced candidates with people management experience would be considered as senior product managers.
• Solid experience in managing products on a larger scale.
• Solid experience in developing digital products (App or Web) from scratch to launch. 
• Able to work under ambiguity and pressure.
• Proven track record of making product-related recommendations or decisions based on data analysis.
• Hands-on technical development experience is an advantage. Coding and data management experience are preferred.
• Knowledge in Machine Learning is highly desirable.
• Experience in leading a team of product managers would be a plus
• Experience in UI/UX design with usability. Experience in conducting users research experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, both spoken and written, and presentation skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English 
• Strong business sense, self-motivated and proactive. Excellent team player.
