Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a strong System Engineer with an emphasis in Linux and Unix to join their infrastructure team. The selected candidate would support their large-scale infrastructure and projects. Great potential and remuneration.

• Provide and manage technical support for Red Hat Linux, AIX, and Unix in an enterprise banking environment.
• Responsible for Unix and Linux support and projects including administration, configurations, tuning, patching, upgrades, and deployment, etc.
• Monitor the performance and availability. Provide capacity management and system management.
• Manager the system capacity and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain high performance and high availability of the system infrastructure at all times.
• Work with the application team on server setting requirements to cope with the application changes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Server administration experience in at least one of the following: AIX, Red Hat Linux, or HP-Unix.
• Knowledge of System knowledge including performance optimization, System tuning, Robustness, etc
• Familiar with SAN Storage, Backup Software, Mail systems, and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge and Experience in managing patching, migration, upgrade, installation, and configurations with a large enterprise environment.
• Good Chinese and English Communications skills.
