Our client, a leading enterprise with a sophisticated technology platform with a strong mix of Public and Private clouds including AWS and Azure. They are looking for a cloud platform engineer to drive the implementation and DevOps toolsets with the development teams. Perm Position working in one of the largest technology platforms in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Support the software development team in implementing the CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with the development teams in deploying real-time services and applications.
• Automate the application deployment into the cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Develop and script automate the DevOps process. Build DevOps tools to support the development team.
• Maintain the CI/CD DevOps toolchains (DevOps toolchains such as Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible)

Requirements:

• Around 5 years of experience in implementing DevOps into the CI/CD process.
• Experience in delivering automated solutions in the DevOps environment.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, application deployment & operations.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps toolchains such as Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Solid scripting skills in Linux Bash and Python.
• Good knowledge in containerization, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Atlassian toolings such as Jira and Confluence.
• Certification in Kuebernets Developers or Administrator is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
