Job Description
Our client, a Medical Insurance Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- To handle general email inquiries and telephone calls related to insurance coverage, policy or claims matters timely and tactfully
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve problems
- Provide daily policy administration support and follow up the requested information with brokers / clients
- To perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the Superiors
- Being a team player to back up other functions for service continuity
- Degree holder
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in medical insurance
- Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills and attentive to details
- Sincere, self-motivated, independent, cooperative and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS office applications
- 13-month salary
- Free medical and dental insurance coverage
- 11 -26 days annual leave
