Scope of Responsibilities:

• Manage Insurance’s operation systems and related functionalities to improve the operating efficiency
• Ensure all practices are comply with the regulation, including KYC/AML procedures
• Follow up case submission, underwriting and policy servicing
• Communicate with insurance company on case processing
• Arrange the medical check and verification process for the HNW clients
• Assist Director in preparing for the marketing events and presentations
• Assist the team members in handling administrative works and generate business proposals
• Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree major in Business Administration or other related discipline
• Holder of other relevant Professional Qualification (IIQE 1, 3) is preferable
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in insurance or banking industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Customer focused with positive attitude, attentive to details, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
