• Strong market sensitivity and responsive to market needs and trends
• Possess experience in creating and building up NEW business from scratch, e.g., FMCG and retail sales platform
• Have extensive business network including suppliers and clients’ bases, and sales channels in Hong Kong, Macau and China cities
• Self-initiative and able to identify opportunities/ market potentials, develop and enforce strategy and drive business growth
• Develop and implement business strategies, oversee all operations functions and staff to ensure smooth running of the business across all sale shops and online sale platform within the Group.
• Monitor budget, business plans and promotional activities, drive sales targets, growth and profit while managing operating expenses control.
• Previous experience in sales with measurable sale targets is essential. In addition, a background in online advertising sales is ideal.
• Work with the company Top management and technology teams to ensure the correct technology tools are being developed to help the sales team and our clients

Job Requirement:

• University degree, Business related preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business management role
• Candidates with food trading background are preferred
• Strong business acumen, analytical and communication skills
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of staff and external business partners
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Proactive, hard-working and can-do attitude
• Proficient in written & spoken English / Chinese & Mandarin
• Business travel is required
