The objective for the Assistant Public Relations Manager is to assist the PR & Media Manager in maintaining and promoting PR & Media in W&J & corporate categories.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the W&J and corporate categories to enhance brand PR and SOV
• Plan and implement PR actions including product launches, PR events, PR shootings and pitching, etc.
• Develop and grow the PR coverage in HK market to achieve objectives and KPIs
• Stay tuned to market trends and be able to identify right choices of celebrities and influencers for the brand
• Maintain good relationship with media, KOLs and celebrities
• manage and be strategic in W&J editorial requests
• Coordinate and disseminate all relevant information on product releases, celebrity endorsement and PR with this specific area
• Manage the W&J press samples with accurate record
• Assist in the formulation and execution of media plan
• Execute action plans in a cost-effective way complying with finance procedures

Profile & Key Requirements

• 6-7 years experience in public relations especially in the W&J category
• Good communication skills (both spoken and written) in Chinese and English
• Good writing skills; experience gained in press release editing and text translations preferred
• Good media contact
• Strong interpersonal skills and analytical abilities
• Self-motivated
• Detail-conscious
