Our client is a local listed company in HK, they are currently looking for a Corp Com & Investor Relations Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Company's Corporate Communications and Investor Relations functions and initiatives
• Manage corporate events such as result announcements briefings and AGMs
• Preparation of corporate presentations, press releases, fact sheets, annual reports, interim reports and ESG reports 
• Manage and expand the investor relations program including maintaining and developing new relationships within the investment community and latest business development of the company
• Formulate investor relations related documents such as corporate presentation, mock Q & A regarding media inquiries
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation
• Manage and update company website

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Communications or related discipline
• minimum 6 years of related experience in listed companies or large companies 
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative, analytical and detail-minded and capable of meeting tight schedules and working under pressure
• Excellent command of both written English and Chinese
