Responsibilities  

• Support business transformation via in-depth data analysis, and data mining of SmarTone's vast customer base 
• Generate new ideas on how to dissect and interpret data with new perspective
• Synthesize analytical results with business realities; and propose relevant business ideas / strategies
• Closely track the performance of various retention, VAS, customer engagement activities; investigate campaign effectiveness and make relevant recommendation on how to further enhance performance 

 Requirement 

• Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing or related principle, with minimum 8 years hands-on experience on data analysis, programming, data extraction or MIS etc
• Proficiency in relational Databases with technical knowledge on different server operating systems
• Good knowledge of PC skill, prefer with well experience in using Cognos, Tableau, MS Excel, and Access
• Meticulous with numerical sense, strong analytical and experience in database problem and solving
• Ability to deal with large quantity of data with high accuracy, with can do attitude in facing tight timelin
• Be a good team player, able to work with people at all levels
• Good interpersonal and project management skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered, with relevant adjustment in title/package
