YOUR TASKS

• Own the content performance for assigned domains from creation to execution and performance reporting of content strategy
• Research, create and edit bilingual multi-media content related to personal finance management content (Credit Score, Financial Health, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Investment, Insurance)
• Update, rewrite or edit blogs as needed and support the broader content team in content distribution
• Maintain accuracy of content on a daily basis through CMS to ensure content updates and user engagement
• Work collaboratively to conduct customer and market research at various stages of product development to ensure a focus on the integrated solution and differentiation from competitors
• Track data, analyse and report on the blog performance and content initiatives
• Support marketing campaigns to drive improvement of full funnel performance
• Ensure high quality output that upholds editorial standards and protect our brand

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations or related Communications field.
• 3+ years of experience as a digital content creator, writer, journalist or editor producing ZH & EN digital content for the local Hong Kong audience. 
• Excellent bilingual writing skills in Chinese and English
• The ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced start-up environment, to process new information on the go and translate that into customer-friendly language
• Data-centric, understand digital landscape of content marketing
• Working experience of wordpress or other CMS
• Positive attitude and ability to work with suggestions and feedback from multiple parties
• Incredible people skills
• Financial industry experience in HK is preferential, but not mandatory
