• Understand customers' desires and negotiate deals with suppliers
• Conducting market analysis through various channels, especially obtaining customer feedback.
• Handle daily merchandising work for internal and external customers from R&D, sourcing, product development & sampling, order placing, production to delivery.
• Liaise with internal parties (PDS, Quality control, and logistics) to ensure the customer's expectation and procurement requirements can be fulfilled
• Work proactively to monitor production schedule with vendors, identify risk areas which may impact production/delivery or business performance
• Responsible for product sourcing, new vendor development, sample arrangement, price negotiation and costing

• At least 5-year experience in Sourcing, Product Development, Merchandising and Order management.
• Good understanding of the industry in which need to analyse the risks, profits, and costs of various aspects of the company.
• Experienced in working for US market will be highly preferred
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills, detail minded, and aggressive.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Travel to China & Oversea is required
• Immediate available is highly preferable
