- Execute existing data model from data preparation, cleansing, transformation to end result

- Develop and own data analysis model (via Tableau, Tableau Prep, Excel, SQL, etc...)

- Manage the end-to-end SDLC to deliver solutions

- Support end users in all areas on data analytics, including but not limited to the preparation of data model, ad-hoc reporting, and  building automated reporting or dashboard.

- Recommend and support the introduction of new or improved data analytics and business practices

- Proactively proposing technical solutions for solving data analysis issues or enhancing the performance of the data analytics, reporting and dashboard. Liaise with users to improve operations via technology

- Provide status updates to appropriate levels of management

- Communicate with internal stakeholders concerning Asia business and activities

- Identify and understand the business problem and the impact of proposed solutions on the organization's operation

- Identify new technologies and solutions to support the sourcing operations

Job Requirement

- Degree or above, preferable in Data Analysts / Computer Science / Statistic / Information Management

- 3-5 years' relevant experience in apparel / textiles field with buying office / MNC exposure

- Excellent skills on data analysis using Excel, Power Query, building data models

- Excellent skills on SQL, understanding of database structure, model design and segmentation techniques

- Familiarize with data visualizing tool (Tableau and/or Microsoft BI)

- Proficiency in Python or R and its application in data analysis will be an advantage

- Strong analytical mindset and numerical sense

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluency in spoken English and Chinese

- Less experience will be considered as Associate Business Analyst
