Responsibilities

• Support to merchandising manager in operational implementation of solutions and improvements with the team involved
• Weekly Sales Report and Analysis
• Weekly Product Strategies base on sales data and current trend
• Weekly Stock on hand repor
• Monitor Annual Open-to-buy budgets, Ensure these plans are executed properly by working closely with each Business Units 
• Build yearly OTB budgets based upon sales history and projections, insure buy plans are executed in accordance to company strategy 
• Tracking on slow moving items and sending alerts to each Business Units to clear the stock
• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risk and opportunity across channels
• Analyze and reforecast businesses to flag risks and identify growth opportunities
• Propose action plan and guarantee ideal stock cover 
• Consolidate the order from each Business Units, and review the order within the OTB budgest
• Regularly work with busniess units to understand best sellers/slow movers, to anticipate consolidation strategies, allocation/reallocation 
• Review promotion cadence in a weekly basis. Analyze end of season markdowns and propose markdown strategies to each Business Units
• Handle special and ad-hoc projects as asisgned

 Requirements

• Degree in business or relevant equivalent
• Strong Fashion Sense
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication
• Highly sensitive to figures and strong analytical skills
• Good analytical, report writing and presentation skills
• Excellence in written and spoken English and preferably Chinese
