Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for planning, executing and managing various aspects of commercial interior designs projects, eg. restaurant, office, clinic, fashion etc
  • Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
  • Manage performance of all suppliers, clients, consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
  • Supervise technical and contractual issues of assigned projects;
  • Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma or Degree holder;
  • 3-5 years Experience in admin and project launch & customer services;
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Able to work under pressure such as tight schedule;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
