Responsibilities

As a Company Secretary (Secretarial Officer) , you will as part of a team of lawyers with extensive industry experience help our clients to solve their complex business issues. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Corporate Services Team in handling all company secretarial duties
• Preparing compliance documentations and attending to clients’ enquiries and requests

Requirements

• ICSA Associates/Students
• A minimum of 3 years relevant company secretarial experience, preferably gained in a CPA or legal firm
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese languages, fluency in Putonghua is an added advantage
• Computer literate and knowledge in CSA preferred
• Independent and meticulous
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
