Responsibilities:

• Drive company business by conducting market analysis, business forecast, category and brand specific review to identify business opportunities and support fact-based decisions
• Manage routine sales performance tracking and trend analysis by key channels, packs, category & brands
• Provide commercial operation support including budget preparation, forecasting, and pricing
• Support Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Pricing strategies and execution
• Prepare and report on Company’s result against budget and forecast.  Work with relevant business units to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and deliver core commercial strategies, practices and innovative solutions, to grow SCCHK profitability, and deliver value to our customers
• Support Commercial Leadership team to manage relevant analysis on various commercial projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in FMCG but not a must
• Solid data analysis experience with good numeric sense, and able to work with data in different format from various sources
• Good business acumen and strategic mindset, attention to details with agile delivery
• Comfortable in communicating with different parties and liaise for better results
• Strong presentation skills and able to articulate analysis insights to audience from different backgrounds
• Experience in FMCG Sales and Marketing functions, with a focus on Category Management/ Shopper Insights/ Business Intelligence is highly preferred
• Experience in Project Management is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and result oriented
• Knowledge in PowerBI or other data visualization tool is a plus
• Proficient in Nielsen NAD and other statistical software is preferred but not a must
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
