Responsibilities

• Assist to review and approve the marketing materials and provide recommendation to various departments
• Assist to establish compliance monitoring program on the Company’s various activities, products and workflows to ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare and review policies and procedures to address the relevant legislation and regulation changes
• Prepare the monthly compliance and operational risk reports
• Assist to conduct on-site compliance / operational risk checking on local branches and other departments
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• University degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of compliance or relevant experience gained from financial institution
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in banking / consumer finance industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• University fresh graduate of legal studies will also be considered
