• Provide administrative support for full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the Group’s companies in different jurisdictions;
• Assist to organise and prepare documentations for board and general meetings;
• Be familiar with Companies Ordinance and ensure compliance of relevant legislations, regulations and procedures for the Group’s companies;
• Assist in handling statutory filing requirements in respect of the Group’s companies;
• Liaise with internal and external parties for legal and company secretarial matters;
• Prepare minutes, resolutions and other legal/statutory forms and documents;
• Maintain and update statutory and corporate records for the Group’s companies; and
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines;
• Student Member or Associate Member of HKCGI or CGI is preferable (not a must);
• Minimum 3-5 years of solid relevant experience;
• Positive attitude, meticulous, self-motivated and able to multi-task work effectively under pressure;
• Well-versed with written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Power Point.
