THE ROLE
 
In this role you will have the opportunity to use your team's data analysis and storytelling skills to enable breakthroughs in Commercial, Marketing, and Product Development activities for MoneyHero. You will also have broad exposure to regional teams and projects spanning various functions including Commercial, Marketing, Product, Tech and Operations.  

The ideal team member should be passionate about delivering not just output but outcomes by using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to produce quantitative and qualitative insights that are actionable. He/she is comfortable engaging with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Product and Technology teams to understand business challenges and clearly articulate recommendations. 

YOUR TASKS

• To manage a business analytic team & responsible for commercial data analysis, customer insight analysis, and strategic projects. 
• Commercial data analysis
  • Support Commercial team to develop and deploy data model, management reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions to fulfil the business needs.
  • Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenues growth.
  • Build a forecast model for business growth purposes
  • Develop and support a wide range of ad-hoc / new information deliverables and analyses
• Customer insight analysis
  • Lead the team in planning and rolling out an analytics roadmap that will deliver insights at the customer, campaign, product level to improve product and marketing decisions.
  • Work across the organization to understand needs and create high impact key metrics  and reports.
  • Build customer segmentations and assist in making them actionable. 
  • Extract data from multiple sources including sales, digital metrics, and customer databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making.
• Strategic project
  • Act as a project manager for MoneyHero strategic projects as assigned..

YOUR SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, computer Science, BBA or related disciplines. MBA is preferred.
• 5 years+ proven experience in data analysis experience or equivalent is essential
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and data sets
  • Experience with digital advertising measurement methods and technologies in particular Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Analytics, DCM, Social Media listening tools
  • Other database management experience or statistical software definitely an advantage. R, SPSS, SAS, Hive, SQL.
  • Keen attention to details, rigorous and precise concerning the data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data analyses
  • Comfortable with the whole analytical process from identifying insight gaps to designing and running initiatives to fill them
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, with capacity of articulating the information management process in business language
• Have written and oral fluency in English and Cantonese and ability to communicate technical content to general audience
