Job Purpose

• Conduct development feasibility study for opportunity, involving valuation and financial analysis
• Provide in-depth research on potential target property, area and district especially on demographic and economic factors
• Keep close interaction with market participants to ensure proper flow of intelligence

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, perform business review and analysis on potential investment opportunities 
• Identify investment opportunities and establish connections with real estate intermediaries
• Focus on business intelligence, competitive analysis and giving recommendation to management
• Collect, identify and analyses market trends and competitions related to our business
• Review and analyses business performance with management for strategic decision
• Undertake ad hoc research and analysis works from time to time

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Degree or above in Real Estate, Surveying or Finance related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ experience related working 
• Candidate with CFA/HKIS/RICS Qualification is preferred management or development company with 4 years in supervisory level
• Solid financial modelling skill is a must  
• With strong sense of commitment and accountability
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word processing
