Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the Corporate Secretarial Services Department
  • Prepare invoices, staff schedules, reports and various kinds of administrative documents
  • Coordinate and follow up billing
  • Responsible for office administration of the department such as managing office expenses and supplies
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties when necessary
  • Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations

 Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • At least 3 years of relevant administrative, secretarial or clerical experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented and well-organized
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectation
