Job Description
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Partners and Associates, your major job duties will include but not limited to:
- Assist on file openings and preparing engagement letters
- Draft, review and translate transaction documents (e.g. loan, lending, guarantee and securities)
- Liaise with banks, foreign legal counsels and corporate clients
- Conduct legal research where applicable
- Participate in conference calls and meetings
- Attend necessary filings with the relevant authorities
Requirements:
- Law degree holder
- Previous experience in finance / corporate area from law firm is preferred
- Candidates with no such experiences are also welcome to apply
- Career focused, self-motivated, efficient, responsible and hard-working
- Excellency in both Mandarin and English is essential
