Responsibilities 職責:-

• Perform outdoor work - delivery & collection of documents to offices, government departments, banks & post office etc.
• Perform general office assistant duties & provide support to office operations
• Retrieve documents from warehouse & perform ad hoc tasks as required
• 外勤工作為主，準時收送文件至各區辦公室、政府部門，銀行和郵局等
• 一般辦公室助理職務，辦公室雜務及支援工作
• 提取倉存文件 (有需要時, 非經常性工作) 及處理被委派之工作 

• Form 5.  1-year relevant experience preferred but not a must
• Good Cantonese & reading of basic English
• Responsible, good attitude, punctual, good communications & good team player
• 中五程度，1年相關工作經驗為佳
• 良好粵語，懂閱讀基本英語
• 盡責有禮、守時、良好溝通及具團隊合作精神

** On short notice is preferred  短時間內上班為佳
